Once we receive your booking inquiry, we will contact you within 24 business hours by email or phone. During email/phone communication, we’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss your travel preferences to make sure we are “on the right track” in tailoring your itinerary to suit your needs and interests. We work hard to find the best possible options for your time frame and budget requests.
When you receive your pre-planned OR custom itinerary and quote from us, you have the opportunity to review it and make any changes or upgrades that you would like to make prior to the trip deposit. You can select additional attractions/activities, pre or post accommodations if needed.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction and we will work with you until you feel totally assured that your New Zealand itinerary is exactly what you want.
NOTE: Our travel packages does not include your international flights
When all details meet your approval, you’ll need to send us a itinerary confirmation. Read through all of the details for each day because once a booking has been confirmed, one amendment will be allowed without incurring any additional costs. Second and subsequent amendments will incur a fee of NZ$50.00 per amendment. Amendments made after documentation has been issued will incur a fee of NZ$100.00 to cover courier costs, communication costs and re-documentation costs.
When all details meet your approval, you’ll need to send us a deposit. NZ$150.00 deposit is required within 14 days of confirmation of your tour arrangements to enable us to hold the reservation. Luxury Lodges and Apartments have strict deposit, payment and cancellation conditions, which vary from property to property. These are also sent to you along with your emailed Quote (they are also imbedded at the end of your tailored itinerary). Return the completed forms to us along with your deposit payment. This secures your trip!
Note: Payment in New Zealand Dollars may be made by BANK DRAFT, TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD.
We offer flexibility in our payment plans. Final Payment will be required 45 days before arrival date in New Zealand. Bookings made within 45 days will require full payment at time of confirmation. If full payment should not be received by the required date, services will be cancelled with forfeiture of full deposit. Certain products may have different payment requirements and these will be advised at time of booking. Please discuss your payment plan options with our tour consultant.
New Zealand Goods and Services (GST) tax (15% at the current time) will be included in all tour prices. No other taxes are included in tour prices.
Two to three weeks before your departure, you will receive your final documents via email. All travel documents are issued as electronic documents (PDF files). These include your final itinerary and supplier vouchers for your hotels, transfers, activities, day tours, car rentals, and any other details for your vacation package. Your final itinerary also includes Important Travel Tips to help you prepare for your trip.
Before traveling you will have the opportunity to review your travel documents with your Sales Representative. This will give you time to ask questions and become familiar with your final documents. They will also be able to give you expert first-hand knowledge on the destinations you’re traveling to as well as wonderful travel tips! All that’s left to do is pack your bags and get ready to have the trip of a lifetime!
